They have a real "can't do" attitude. I would avoid allowing this company to come out to service any home warranty policies. I had them come out to service two unrelated problems, one of which was covered in the past, and the technician denied both problems. The leaking valve in the shower was denied because the screws used to put in the valve were galvanized, not stainless steal. Seriously? The instant hot water dispenser was denied by Neighborhood Plumbing because the bad smelling water must come from the city... Funny, the tap water is fine... He came to collect his $60 and go. Expect to be screwed -- unless you're the insurance company..
