DO NOT TRUST knk legal. They have many people, phone numbers, locations that are all linked to their website. We needed help with a loan modification and they took our money and ran. Phones disconnected and emails disconnected. Never pay money in advance for a loan modification it is illegal. Bad Business. If there could be a 0 rating they would get it.
